[Updated Mar 2025] Sector 33 plots Industrial plots on Yamuna Expressway were allotted initially in year 2013 general industry and for MSME.
Sizes : Available sizes in Sector 33 are mostly 1000 sqm, then 1800 sqm, 5000 sqm, 10000 sqm and larger sizes.
Allotment Price : Industrial plots allotment was done at the rate of 6100 per sq meter in year 2013. There were allotments done even after that in various schemes. These were mostly 6670 per sqm and the latest allotment was done in year 2021 with the allotment rate of 7010 per sq. meter. The plots were allotted in scheme where initial payment was 30% and rest of the payment is in 5 years of installment.

Net Worth Certificate / Date for Net Worth Certificate of company and all directors 14. Qualification of directors

Transfer Process for Industrial Plots: At Present Transfer for Industrial Plots on Yamuna Expressway are not open yet. The resale for Industrial Plots are done on the basis of GPA (General Power of Attorney), Will and Registered agreement to Sale. Purchaser or Buyer have to make full payment of the plot, Buyer keeps the original file and all three legal document. The future installments are paid by buyer. All future installments are paid by buyer, the premium of these plots varies on various factors like: 1. Size (Smaller size have higher price and premium) 2. Location (Good location plots are costlier like wider road, near main road, corner or park facing plots) 3. Sector location (Good location sector and developed sector have higher price) 4. New allotment (New allotment plots are costlier as deposited money is just lesser or 30% thus buyer have to pay lesser as compared to old allotments)
