Allotment Price : Industrial plots allotment was done at the rate of 6670 per sqm. The plots were allotted in scheme where initial payment was 30% and rest of the payment is in 5 years of installment.
The allotment rate for these plots were: 300 sq meter Rs. 20,1000/- (20 lakhs approx) 450 sq meter Rs. 30,1500/- (30 lakhs approx) 595 sq meter Rs. 3968650/- (40 lakhs approx) 1000 sq meter Rs. 6670000/- (66.7 lakhs) 1800 sq meter Rs. 12006000/- (1.2 Cr approx)

Allotment by Interview : Industrial Plots having sizes more than 4000 sqm are allotted by interview. The parties can contact us as we provide services and assist parties and provide them all information which is required for allotment of these plots. We also assist in documentation, filling application form.
About Scheme launched in 2022 in Medical Device Park YEA/IND-MDP(2022) : This scheme was launched on 23rd May 2022 for Medical device park, registration amount was only 10% of the plot allotment price. Allotment Price was 6670/- per sq meter up to 4000 sqm. There were 70 plots launched of 1000 sqm, 61 plots of 2100 sqm and 5 plots of 4000 sqm. Plans for various types of industries on Yamuna Expressway 1. Toy Park (Sector 33 on Yamuna Expressway) - Toy Park on Yamuna Expressway is for 80% manufacturer who are running already for an industry related to toys. The rest 20% is reserved for start ups. The applicants can apply with Project Report. The applicant firm, society, company or trust must be registered under GST. The GST return of previous year must be enclosed with the application form. 2. Handicraft Park (Sector 29 on Yamuna Expressway) - In Handicraft park on Yamuna Expressway the manufacturing units related to handicraft and furniture can apply with Project report. The applicant firm, society, company or trust must be registered under GST. The GST return of previous year must be enclosed with the application form. 3. Handloom with Start up (Sector 29 on Yamuna Expressway) 4. General Industry / MSMEs (Sector 32 and 33 on Yamuna Expressway): Micro Small and Medium Enterprises which are defined in MSME act 2006 by Govt. of India may apply with project report in sectors 32 and 33. The applicant firm, society, company or trust must be registered under GST. The GST return of previous year must be enclosed with the application form.
In future the Food Park, Electronic City and Fin City (Finance City) is also being planned on Yamuna Expressway.

Transfer Process for Industrial Plots: At Present Transfer for Industrial Plots on Yamuna Expressway are not open yet. The resale for Industrial Plots are done on the basis of GPA (General Power of Attorney), Will and Registered agreement to Sale. Purchaser or Buyer have to make full payment of the plot, Buyer keeps the original file and all three legal document. The future installments are paid by buyer. All future installments are paid by buyer, the premium of these plots varies on various factors like: 1. Size (Smaller size have higher price and premium) 2. New allotment (New allotment plots are costlier as deposited money is just lesser or 30% thus buyer have to pay lesser as compared to old allotments)
